Abbreviated rules for the provision of IT outsourcing services and IT services for companies

  • Standard working hours – working days 8am-4pm.
  • Possibility to send reports 24/7 via e-mail and the HelpDesk platform.
  • Express work (taking action within 30 minutes) or outside working hours and on days off = PLN 560 net/started hour - does not apply to individually priced services requiring work after hours and individual provisions in service agreements (SLA).
  • Fee for each trip to the Customer's headquarters in Bielsko-Biała / Goleszów - PLN 50 net.
  • Fee for each trip to the Customer's other locations in Poland (from Bielsko-Biała / Goleszów) - PLN 2 net/km (minimum PLN 50 net).
  • Fee for each trip to the Customer's other locations outside Poland (from Bielsko-Biała / Goleszów) - PLN 3 net/km (minimum PLN 100 net).
  • One month's notice period effective at the end of the next calendar month - you do not have to commit to a year in advance with us :)
  • Additional hours of IT service, IT outsourcing beyond the selected package are settled according to the agreed rate.
  • A summary of each IT service activity (remote, on-site, service, travel, etc.) is confirmed by a summary of the activities performed sent to the e-mail address provided in the system.

What can be included in IT outsourcing?

The IT outsourcing services we provide are individually tailored to the needs of you and your company - each company has a different specificity of operation and needs. That is why it is so important to conduct an IT audit when starting cooperation. 

The provision of IT services includes in particular:

  • IT Systems Administration with Ongoing Service:
    • Server management (Windows, Linux), including configuration, user management, permissions management and installation and configuration of network services such as DNS, DHCP, file servers.
    • Configuration and management of NAS file servers
    • Monitoring the health of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices and applications using tools such as Zabbix or similar.
    • Ensuring business continuity through system redundancy and high availability (HA) solutions.
  • Performing System Software Updates:

    • Implementation of IDS/IPS systems (Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention System) for early detection and response to potential security threats.
    • Analysis of system and application logs looking for anomalies that may indicate security problems or failures.
  • Intervention in the event of sudden breakdowns:
    • Establishing SLAs (Service Level Agreements) specifying the response time to failures.
    • Implementation of DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) procedures.
  • Telephone support in System Operation:
    • Maintaining a support center for users with quick responses to questions and problems.
    • Remote problem solving using tools such as remote desktop, VPN, or mobile management.

    • Implement a 3-2-1 backup strategy, including local, off-site and cloud backup management.
    • Regular testing and verification of backups.
  • Records of Equipment Covered by the Agreement:
    • Manage equipment inventory, including life cycle tracking and replacement planning.
    • Monitor equipment health and manage manufacturer warranties and support.
  • Shaping the Safety and Security Policy:
    • Developing and implementing company IT security policies.
    • Cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
  • Technical Consulting and IT Systems Development Planning:
    • Consultations on the selection of technology and software.
    • Planning future IT infrastructure expansions based on the analysis of business needs and technological trends.
  • Operation and Maintenance of Security Systems:
    • Management of alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV monitoring and work time control systems.
