Offer for customers – Permanent IT Service

  • Remote work (working days) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: PLN 125 net / for each commenced session: 30 minutes.
  • On-site work at the client's during working hours: PLN 250 net / for each commenced session: 60 minutes.
  • Express work (taking action within 30 minutes regardless of the package you have) or outside working hours and on holidays = +100% to primary value of the service - does not apply to individually priced services requiring work after hours.
  • Fee for each trip to the client's headquarters in Bielsko-Biała, Goleszów - PLN 50 net.
  • Fee for each trip to the Customer's other locations in Poland (from Bielsko-Biała / Goleszów) - PLN 2 net/km (minimum PLN 50 net).
  • Annual indexation of rates based on the inflation value announced by the Central Statistical Office for the last 12 months.
  • Flexible subscription hour packages (cheaper rbh) IT support and availability – determined individually.
  • An invoice for the selected IT service package is issued at the end of the month. 
  • Additional IT service hours above the package are added at the agreed rate.
  • One month's notice period effective at the end of the next calendar month - you do not have to commit to a year in advance with us :)

Offer for customers – IT services without subscription

  • Remote work (working days) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: PLN 250 net / for each commenced session: 60 minutes.
  • On-site work at the client's during working hours: PLN 250 net / for each commenced session: 60 minutes.
  • Express work (taking action within 30 minutes regardless of the package you have) or outside working hours and on holidays = +100% to the basic value of the service.
  • Fee for each trip to the client's headquarters in Bielsko-Biała, Goleszów - PLN 50 net.
  • Fee for each trip to the Customer's other locations in Poland (from Bielsko-Biała / Goleszów) – PLN 2 net/km (minimum PLN 50 net).
  • Possibility of subscription packages of IT service hours and availability - agreed individually.
  • First orders payable in advance + later possible compensation by transfer 5 days if the hours are more than originally paid.
  • For regular customers - in the absence of an IT service package - a collective invoice according to the individual credit limit granted.

A summary of each IT service activity (remote, on-site, service, commuting, etc.) is confirmed by a summary of the activities performed sent to the provided e-mail address.
