We know that personal data is confidential for every person and requires appropriate security. The data is secured with an encrypted password that must consist of at least 5 characters. Even administrators cannot read your password - the only option if you forget it is to generate a new one. Each login attempt is recorded by the system - both successful and unsuccessful ones. Each user can change their password at any time in the user panel available after logging in.

To complete the contract, it is necessary to provide an email address. Lack of consent to the processing of the e-mail address prevents the conclusion and implementation of the contract. In addition, the user may voluntarily provide other personal and address data.
Additionally, if the user consents, data is collected in cookies and saved in the browser settings.
Pursuant to separate legal provisions, it may be necessary to process other data, e.g. for tax or accounting reasons.

 

Purpose of data processing
Users' personal data are processed by the Administrator in order to perform the concluded contract, in particular:
• Providing services electronically.
• Contact between the parties to the transaction.
• Making payments related to the promotion of advertisements.
• Issuing accounting documents.

Transfer of personal data
Personal data will be processed exclusively by Pat15.net to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
Personal data may be transferred to public authorities authorized to obtain them also on the basis of separate regulations (e.g. Police, Prosecutor's Office, Customs and Tax Offices, etc.).
Personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area based on appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 26 section 4 of the Directive.

 

Time of personal data processing
Personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, and after such withdrawal, for the period of limitation of claims due to and against the data controller.
The Administrator has the right to process personal data for security purposes, prevention of fraud and extortion, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes for a period of up to 10 years from the end of the contract.
Unless it results from separate legal provisions (e.g. Accounting Act, Tax Ordinance), personal data will be stored for the period required by the mentioned provisions in order to meet the legal requirements of these provisions.

 

Automatic processing and profiling
Personal data is processed in an automated manner, including through profiling in order to adjust the website content to personal preferences and interests. Automated processing or profiling will not produce any legal effects or significantly affect the user's situation.

 

User rights regarding your own personal data
Each user has the right to:

  • Access to personal data relating to him, including obtaining a copy of personal data undergoing processing. The right to obtain a copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
  • Correcting and supplementing data if it is found to be incorrect or out of date.
  • Data deletion.
    If the request to delete data concerns data necessary to perform the contract, it may result in termination of the contract.

Restrictions on their processing in the following cases:

  • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
  • The processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use.
  • The controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but they are needed by the data subject to establish, pursue or defend claims.
  • The data subject has objected pursuant to Art. 21 section 1 towards processing - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override the grounds of objection of the data subject.

Data portability - the data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to send these personal data to another controller without any hindrance from the controller to whom the data was provided. personal data.

If the processing concerns statistical purposes or is carried out on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Administrator, and the objection is justified by the particular situation of the person.

Commercial information

The Administrator reserves the right to send Users unannounced messages. This includes information relating directly to the functioning of the Website (e.g. changes in the functioning), or non-commercial lists (e.g. wishes, information about new messages, system messages) and commercial information, the distribution of which concerns our products, products of Partners with whom we cooperate.

 

The Administrator provides information about the actions taken without undue delay, within one month of receiving the request. Due to important circumstances (including the number of requests or the complexity of the application), the deadline may be extended by another 2 months. The Administrator will inform the data subject about the reasons for the delay and extension of the deadline within one month.

The first copy of the list of personal data is provided free of charge, for subsequent copies a fee resulting from administrative costs in the amount of PLN 50 net is charged.

If the data subject's requests are clearly unjustified or excessive, in particular due to their constant nature, the administrator may charge a fee resulting from administrative costs in the amount of PLN 100 net and, in special cases, refuse to take action.

The fees referred to above should be paid to the Administrator's bank account provided in response to the application. The administrator will take action after the fee is credited to the bank account.

You may complain about the refusal to take action and the fee to the supervisory authority.
